The Washington Court of Appeals recently ruled in favor of our client, GBI Holding, that fills created in the 1960's on Lake Chelan should not now be removed. The court agreed with GBI that the Shoreline Management Act exempts the 'Chelan Fingers,' along with vast numbers of other fills that existed as of the enactment of the Shoreline Management Act.
